The U.S. Healthcare Graph
U.S. healthcare providers, resolved.
Every provider, facility, and owner — sourced from 23 federal datasets and cited field by field so AI agents and data teams can trust it.
Sample records — real NPPES data
How it works
Three steps from query to citable record.
Search an entity
Look up any NPI, CCN, or provider name. The Graph resolves the entity across all federal sources.
Get the resolved record
Every field shows which source it came from — NPPES, PECOS, OIG LEIE, Care Compare. No black box.
See the proof or cite it
Each record carries a SHA-256 hash and an Ed25519-signed attestation chain. Verify independently or cite directly.
The Differ
The data is open. The chain is auditable.
The Differ places our resolved record alongside the raw NPPES or CMS entry — field by field, source by source. Every discrepancy is visible.
Attest takes any claim ID and shows the full Ed25519-signed attestation chain. Re-derive the SHA-256 from the government source file yourself to confirm nothing changed.

The moat
Building on federal sources is straightforward. Building a resolved, bitemporal, signed graph across 23 of them is not.
Entity resolution across federal sources
An NPI from NPPES, a CCN from Care Compare, a PECOS enrollment ID, and an OIG exclusion number all resolve to the same real-world entity.
Read more →Bitemporal history — what was true, when
Every field carries both when the fact was true in the world and when we recorded it. You can reconstruct the record as of any past date.
Read more →Open and citable
Incumbents gate their data behind enterprise contracts. We publish open, citable records because AI agents and journalists need a primary source they can actually link to.
Read more →Per-cell provenance, not document-level
We tell you which source each individual field came from — because NPI name comes from NPPES, enrollment status from PECOS, and quality score from Care Compare.

CMS NPPES, PECOS, OIG LEIE, CMS Care Compare, HRSA HPSA, BLS OEWS, CMS Open Payments, HCRIS hospital cost reports, QPP MIPS, and more. See the full registry →
Browse the data catalog →Attest
Every claim has a chain.
Paste any claim ID. The chain links the entity hash → snapshot hash → field hash → Ed25519 attestation signature. Re-derive each step from the government source file to confirm nothing changed.
The signed ✓ means the field value has not changed since we recorded it from the primary federal source. The chain is open — verify independently.
Verify a claim →90-day pilot · public data only · no PHI
Start with the federal record.
Pilot access covers the full provenance graph — NPPES, PECOS, OIG LEIE, CMS Care Compare, HRSA HPSA, and more. Public data only. No PHI. No data-use agreement required to start.
AI teams wire it into their agent pipeline. Compliance teams use it for sanction screening. Data teams build on the FHIR R4 endpoints. The API, Differ, and Attest are all live today.
No contracts. No PHI. Covers 23 federal source families across CMS, OIG, HRSA, BLS, and BEA.
